As an example, on a renovation project with a $250,000 water damage deductible, Insight Risk's quote would provide a 5% premium credit and $50,000 water damage deductible reduction for deploying the IoT technology solution designed, procured, installed, and overseen by Insight Risk.

During the policy period, when an alert occurs—whether from the presence of water or falling temperatures—and the insured responds within an agreed-upon timeframe, the deductible will be further reduced to $125,000, representing 50% of the market deductible.

*ARC reimbursements of up to 50% off the base WD Deductible will be agreed upon for each project to promote expedited response in accordance with the policy.
